Expose checked Procedure authoring and reusable serial dilution, move registrations beside their domain and device implementations, and compose native extensions once for the CLI and Python SDK. Add executable scientific package, pipetting algorithm, Hamilton liquid-class, and facade-only adapter examples with a contributor guide. Complete the Python binding and runtime migration, preserve purchased material identity and native-record ownership, and carry canonical liquid accounting, staging, operation order, and calibrated class evidence into device artifacts. Migrate end-to-end regressions to the per-Procedure boundary and document explicit staging and the remaining PUDU configuration difference. Validation: Linux workspace formatting and Clippy with warnings denied; all 680 Rust tests passed across 38 targets. Python SDK formatting, lint, strict mypy, 116 pytest tests, and 9 script tests passed. The standalone generated adapter compiles and passes conformance against locked dependencies.
