Absolutely minimal STM32 embedded Rust starter template.

• Rust
• probe-rs

What's here

• cortex-m-rt crate for minimal Cortex-M runtime and startup
• memory.x file for target device memory layout
• no_std main.rs with cortex_m_rt entrypoint with panic handler
• .cargo/config.toml with build target and necessary flags
• Embed.toml with target chip for probe-rs
• .vscode/settings.json so rust-analyzer is cool
