runner: run's LDoc names two contexts of three, and spawn's names none #1191

runner.run's doc block names its context as "process" (default) or "softirq" (lib/lunatik/runner.lua:49), and the runtime also takes "hardirq", which the README, AGENTS.md's contexts table and the CLI's usage all name. runner.spawn's block (:69-76) has no @tparam for context or ispercpu, though both parameters exist and its @raise names percpu. Adding "hardirq" to run's @tparam and the two missing lines to spawn settles it.
