dropdown list is not shown in few clicks

Hi,

I'm facing an issue in select box, drop down items is not shown, related to z-index.
scenario is given below,

1. select box is placed in jquery UI dialog.
2. user select the ui dialog, try to select item from select box,
3. click ok button of jquery model UI
   4.repeat the above steps 3 times, then can't select the item from select box, items not expanding.

I tired, many options of zindex, but no hope..

help me.
