Model Coy anaerobic chambers for incubation atmosphere constraints #30
Model EBEF's two Coy vinyl anaerobic chambers as environmental containment relevant to incubation and other Procedures. The public configuration is 95% N2 / 5% H2 with up to 20% CO2. Chamber 1 contains the Hamilton Microlab Prep and a 96-well potentiostat; chamber 2 contains a swinging-bucket centrifuge.
The key architectural question is whether an incubation program's atmosphere requirement binds to an incubator Asset, a containing Zone, or an explicit composition of both. Do not silently force a Zone-level atmosphere requirement into AtomicAssetAssembly or claim that a device controls gases merely because it is located inside the chamber.
Acceptance criteria:
Represent both chambers as distinct EBEF Zones or Assets, including atmosphere composition, operating ranges, airlock/material-transfer constraints, capacity, occupancy, and effectively active state.
Specify how Procedure requirements refer to environmental containment alongside an instrument Asset.
Preserve the location and containment of the Microlab Prep, potentiostat, and centrifuge in planning.
Define reviewed purge/equilibration, material ingress/egress, operator confirmation, and atmosphere-evidence steps.
Add planning tests for an anaerobic incubation, an aerobic-only instrument, and a device located inside a qualifying chamber.
Keep gas monitoring and atmosphere control qualification distinct from an incubator's temperature/agitation qualification.
