Changes requested. The 0.7.11 changelogs match their frozen Changesets entry for entry, but one entry misstates what changed, and the release head this pull request builds is not the commit its evidence checked.
- The core Animated layout entry (
packages/core/CHANGELOG.md, line 13) repeats the 0.7.10 entry about glides leaving a spring of about 735 ms, but the only 0.7.11 change is #10261 lengthening the glide from--duration-medium-minto--duration-medium(225 to 300 ms in the Neutral theme, 310 to 410 ms with no theme), so please reword the entry to that change. - The release branch is cut at a release-only plan commit on top of #10397, 54 commits after the #10303 code candidate that the cited release-check, unit and interaction runs tested, so 26 of the 46 entries come from commits those runs never covered, and the stable publish will refuse a cut with no passing release-check or full unit run; please re-cut from a main commit that has both and regenerate this pull request.
The other 45 entries, their sections, the contributor lists and the Changeset deletions match the frozen plan exactly.

| - Animated layout: the glide, the in-place swap and the edge reveal play the theme's move curve (`--ease-move`) over `--duration-medium` instead of a spring, so they follow the theme's `character` and `tempo` and land with the motion around them. Reduce Motion is unchanged: a cross-fade under a coarse pointer, an immediate change otherwise. The glides of AppShell's content area, Collapsible, Table's row expansion and TreeList change feel: 300 ms in the Neutral theme, 410 ms with no theme, instead of about 735 ms. A theme whose move easing is a `linear()` or `steps()` function glides on it, as the browser plays it. The segmented control's selection, which reads its timing the same way, now plays such an easing too instead of moving at once. (#10261) |

This entry already shipped in 0.7.10 (line 73 of this file, #10236). In 0.7.11 only #10261 changes: the glide moves from --duration-medium-min to --duration-medium, 225 to 300 ms in the Neutral theme and 310 to 410 ms with no theme. A 0.7.10 user reading this entry sees a 735 ms spring as the starting point and misses that the glide got longer. Suggested wording: "Animated layout: the shared layout glide (AppShell's content area, Collapsible, Table's row expansion and TreeList) now plays over --duration-medium instead of --duration-medium-min: 300 ms in the Neutral theme and 410 ms with no theme, instead of 225 ms and 310 ms, both scaled by the theme's tempo. (#10261)"
