Translate content: agent + automations UI updates (#6822)

Summary

Mirror the English changes from #6822 into Spanish, French, and Chinese.

Changes

• agent/index.mdx: updated the review-process instructions to click Configure Slack on the Automations page and updated the branch-protection Note; refreshed the repositories-as-context paragraph to point to GitHub App settings or GitLab Git Settings (removed the stale agent-panel Settings reference).
• agent/slack.mdx: added a new Manage automations section with example prompts for creating, configuring, running, and asking about automations.
• automations/create.mdx: added a Tip pointing to the Slack agent's #manage-automations section.
• automations/manage.mdx: simplified the Slack-notifications enable steps (Configure Slack, dropped screenshot Frame); replaced the run-history statuses with Review needed, Running, Accepted, Closed, Failed, No action needed and pointed to the ?tab=runs URL.

Propagates the English agent and automations dashboard changes from #6822 into Spanish, French, and Chinese docs.

Agent overview (agent/index.mdx): Review process is now configured via Configure Slack on the Automations page (Slack settings), not the Agent product page. The branch-protection note now states that a PR is still opened when Push to main is set but direct pushes are blocked. Repository access instructions drop the obsolete agent-panel Settings reference and add Git Settings for GitLab.

Slack agent (agent/slack.mdx): New Manage automations section documents creating, configuring, running, and troubleshooting automations from Slack, with localized example prompts.

Automations (automations/create.mdx, automations/manage.mdx): A Tip on custom automation creation points readers to the Slack agent; run-history and Slack-notification copy is lightly aligned with the English refresh (including the ?tab=runs link and status labels such as Review needed).
