A practical starting point when digital products cost too much to release, disappoint users, or create risks that are difficult to explain.
Italiano · 10-minute Product Quality Check · Discuss your situation
You do not need testing or QA expertise to use this repository. It is designed for business, product, technology, operations, procurement, and transformation leaders who recognise a problem but do not yet know what to ask.
Use it to explore software quality assurance, release readiness, testing effectiveness, performance testing, test automation investment, and supplier governance for digital products and platforms. No installation, account, or AI subscription is needed to read and use the checklists.
- Complete the Product Quality Check in ten minutes.
- Pick one uncertain answer and one upcoming business decision.
- Use the one-minute contact brief to request a conversation. You do not need a test strategy or a technical specification first.
Prefer a concrete example? Explore business and industry situations or the fictional one-page quality brief. These are illustrations, not client results.
For SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), web platforms and web portals, start with the business journey affected by a change. Which outcome matters, who owns acceptance, and what evidence is missing? The check helps frame that conversation; platform-specific test execution requires a separately agreed scope.
For performance testing, make the demand assumptions explicit. For AI testing, distinguish a plausible draft from evidence about actual system behaviour. These are questions to investigate, not test results.
When you need help gathering or interpreting evidence, explore Quality Engineering 360: assessment, delivery and B2B support.
“The report is green. Which customer activity could still fail, and what evidence do we have about it?”
For example, a successful payment does not by itself show that an order reaches fulfilment. This fictional example is a question to investigate, not a diagnosis of your product. If the answer is unclear, you have found a concrete uncertainty to discuss—not proof that the product is unsafe.
You can request a conversation with just the symptom and the decision ahead. You do not have to finish every checklist or choose a tool first.
- Releases are repeatedly delayed, but adding more testing has not solved the problem.
- Customers find important defects before the organisation does.
- Dashboards show many green checks, yet leaders still do not trust the release.
- Different suppliers report success in different ways, making comparison difficult.
- Automation investment is growing, but speed and confidence are not.
- Performance, accessibility, resilience, or data problems emerge too late.
- Nobody can clearly explain who accepts the remaining product risk.
These symptoms rarely have one simple cause. The next useful step is not automatically a new tool or more test cases—it is understanding which decisions lack reliable evidence.
| What you are experiencing | Useful first step | What it can reveal |
|---|---|---|
| “Releases feel risky or unpredictable” | Product Quality Check | Where confidence relies on assumptions |
| “Reports do not help us decide” | Report conversation card | Questions hidden behind the metrics |
| “We may be testing the wrong things” | Feature-risk conversation card | Customer and business scenarios being missed |
| “Performance is discussed only near launch” | Performance conversation card | Missing workload and operational information |
| “Quality seems to belong to one team” | Digital quality map | Ownership gaps across the product lifecycle |
No registration is required. Use the material with high-level, non-confidential information.
The public material helps you:
- describe a concern in plain business language;
- distinguish observations from assumptions;
- identify the people who should be involved;
- recognise the evidence missing from an important decision; and
- decide whether a focused expert assessment is worthwhile.
It will not give you a generic “quality score”, certify a product, approve a release, estimate financial exposure, or prescribe a transformation plan without understanding your context.
The public material takes you from a business symptom to questions and missing evidence. Professional assessment and implementation require real evidence, organisational context, and accountable specialists.
The boundary is practical: you can prepare a clearer brief here; there are no ready-to-run tests, acceptance thresholds, validated diagnoses, complete test plans, or implementation instructions. An experienced practitioner may independently apply general QA knowledge, but this is not an end-to-end delivery kit.
Two organisations can show the same symptom for completely different reasons: unclear product decisions, unsuitable test data, fragile environments, weak supplier governance, misleading metrics, poor observability, or a mismatch between automation and business risk.
An engagement can begin with validating evidence, identifying the real constraint, and building an improvement path that fits the product and organisation. Depending on the need, it can extend to test design, test scripting and automation, performance and resilience testing, accessibility reviews, or ongoing quality governance. The scope and responsible specialists are agreed separately.
Explore the engagement paths, then contact Manoj Rollo / mr-jonam. For a general, non-confidential question only, you can also open a public issue. Issues are not a private sales or support channel.
I used Digital Quality Compass to clarify [uncertainty]. We need to decide [decision and timing] for [platform / journey]. Could we discuss what evidence or specialist support would help?
An initial exchange can clarify the next useful step. Assessment, delivery scope and commercial terms are agreed separately.
Know someone asking “why are our releases still risky?” Send them the Product Quality Check, rather than a technical testing handbook. Sharing the link is welcome. There are no invented benchmarks, client endorsements, or guaranteed savings here.
Do not paste personal data, credentials, source code, vulnerability details, client-confidential information, production logs, contracts, or regulated data into public issues or third-party AI tools. Use synthetic or irreversibly anonymised descriptions only.
Read the legal notice, permissions guide, security policy, and official-source notes before use.
The high-level QA 360 operating model and bounded AI conversation cards are supporting reading, not an implementation framework. No proprietary scoring models, benchmarks, delivery methods, accelerators, client evidence, or complete implementation playbooks are published. See Public vs proprietary boundaries.
