This adds support for MarkerField::contains_pii and DynamicSchemaMarkerField::contains_pii.
This is a pure bump; v73 only affects profiles with FileIO markers.
We now output the native symbol table with typed arrays (when using JSLB).
We now output the funcTable with typed arrays (when using JSLB).
Now that all columns of both tables are typed arrays, their JSON is just a small skeleton of slab placeholders, so it's totally fine if they're part of the root JSON slab.

The front-end now supports typed array storage for the columns of the native symbol table and of the funcTable, so this takes advantage of that for faster profile load times.
