Editorial Guidelines for Guidelines

We should setup editorial guidelines for our guidelines, which specify the tagging that we want to have in the texts. E.g.:

• Tagging of foreign words
• How to encode quotation marks
• etc.

Maybe, a customisation of the TEI Schema would be the best way to do this.
