Overhaul CSV Output plugin unit tests #179

Currently, the CSV Output plugin unit tests are written more like integration tests, and rely on examples and behavior checks rather than following the execution-based evaluation of our other unit tests. They should be rewritten to follow the rest of OnAIR's unit tests.
