Build website locally

# Clone repo and move to it
git clone https://github.com/neuropoly/neuro.polymtl.ca.git
cd neuro.polymtl.ca

# Create and activate a virtual environment with conda (Python version used by the CI)
conda create -n neuro-website python=3.10 -y
conda activate neuro-website

# Install requirements
pip install '.[sphinx]'

# Build website
make html

# Force building (in case it says "nothing is out of date"):
make clean html

# Open local website
open _build/html/README.html
