**High level overview** In this release, we are expanding stockplotr's ability to use output from stock assessment modelling tools by supporting the integration of WHAM output into stockplotr. This step will expand stockplotr's integration into the stock assessment reporting pipeline by adding to its ability to take output from SS3, BAM, Rceattle, r4ss, and FIMS and create semi-automated tables and figures. **Detailed overview** All December planned developments including the features: - Compatibility for WHAM into `convert_output()` leading to its use throughout all of {stockplotr} - Development of supporting function to aid users in directly adding alt text and a caption to the csv for external objects. (increasing reproducibility of the workflow) (TBD if completing) Also including any remaining medium priority figures.

Due by October 31, 2026High level overview: This month's developments include a large expansion of the package. The indices table along with the biomass, abundance, and catch comparison tables will be available to the user. This month is also the deadline to finish developing and including any [high priority tables](https://github.com/nmfs-ost/stockplotr/issues/1). These developments and the others mentioned in the detailed overview will contribute to the breadth and utility of the package to the stock assessment user base. We will also officially release a method to extract key quantities that are required by the Species Information System (SIS). This cross-collaboration will form a linkage between the projects and allow assessment scientists to more easily and automatically extract SIS needs from their model results. Detailed overview: All September planned developments including the features - - Revamping the functions `table_indices()` and `table_bnc()` - Creating a reference point table for the executive summary - Adjusting the `plot_catch_comp()` function and renaming it to match current other naming conventions - Releasing a new function to extract key quanitites for SIS from the standard output Also to include any high priority tables that are completed/remaining in September.
