Undesirable package update when publishing new packages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Lerna seems not to be up to date with packages published outside master. When publishing new packages, versions of packages published on such branches are not detected thus leading to version updates of these packages. This issue aims to solve this problem by finding a way for Lerna to be up to date with published packages from these branches.
