The badge and its link still reference maven.yml, which was renamed to build.yml when the workflow moved to the reusable OpenMRS action (#100). GitHub keys badge URLs by workflow file name, so the old URL 404s and the badge renders blank.

The badge and its link in the README still point at maven.yml. That workflow was renamed to build.yml in #100 when we moved to the reusable OpenMRS action, and GitHub keys badge URLs by file name, so the old URL 404s and the badge renders blank. This swaps both the image URL and the link target to build.yml.
