I have what's known as a leverless controller for playing fighting games. These controllers have four separate buttons for the d-pad that can all be pressed simultaneously. I would expect the DPAD_TO_BUTTONS option to be able to work with this controller. The specific one that I have is recognized as "Microsoft X-Box 360 pad", which doesn't allow mapping the d-pad to buttons. I'd like to be able to use this option regardless of the type of controller I'm using in order to support all types of leverless controllers.
