• Upgrade Sarama to v1.61.1 and align module minimums, builders, test images, lint targets and developer docs with Go 1.26.9.
• Upgrade golang.org/x/net to v0.60.0 to address the HTTP/2 HPACK encoder race in CVE-2026-97032.
• Resolve inherited dependency conflicts while retaining release-specific TiDB dependencies and Go 1.25 compatibility settings. Preserve the upstream many_pk_or_uk test skip.

Builds now require Go 1.26.9. TiDB's Go 1.26 map ABI support is still required before this backport can run successfully; see pingcap/tidb#66254. Performance changes have not been benchmarked.

This PR is currently blocked by TiDB's Go 1.26 map ABI support.

The release TiDB dependency (dc0024f088cb) calls hack.init() → checkMapABI(), which only accepts Go 1.25. With Go 1.26.9, DM-master panics during package initialization, before the TLS test runs. The same panic was reproduced with Go 1.26.8. Master uses TiDB 13103a00793a, which already contains the Go 1.26 implementation.

To unblock this backport:

1. Backport pingcap/tidb#66254 (f641265e8090) to TiDB's release-8.5 branch, including the version-specific ABI implementation, build tags and tests.
2. Update TiFlow's github.com/pingcap/tidb dependency to the patched release commit, retain a compatible release github.com/pingcap/tidb/pkg/parser revision, and run go mod tidy.
3. Verify the ABI and DM-master TLS tests with Go 1.26.9, then rerun the PR CI:
