This PR improves the sidebar header so that clicking illiniSpots brings you back to the home list view, which helps when you are deep in search results with no obvious reset.

Before

The illiniSpots brand was a static h1, so clearing a search meant finding the small X in the search input.

After

The brand is a button that clears the search term and any selected facility, restoring the full facilities list in one click.

Change type

  • improvement

Test plan

  1. Search for e.g. CIF and confirm results filter.
  2. Click the illiniSpots logo and confirm the search clears and the full list returns.
  3. Click the logo with no search active and confirm nothing breaks.
  • Unit tests
  • End to end tests

Ran bun run lint, bun run typecheck, and NODE_ENV=test bun test (175 pass).

Release notes

  • Make the illiniSpots logo clickable to clear search and return to the home list.

Code changes

Wrap the header brand in a button that clears the search term and any selected facility, so users stuck in search results can get back to the full list in one click.

Give the home button the accessible name illiniSpots home so assistive tech still announces the brand, and size it to h-9 to match the header controls on touch devices.

Auto-approved: Adds a bounded sidebar navigation improvement: clicking the illiniSpots logo clears the search and selected facility to restore the home list. The focused UI change is clearly beneficial and low risk.
