  • Added cd .. after OpenBLAS build so statsmodels clones into $CURRENT_DIR where create_wheel_wrapper.sh expects it.
  • Changed patsy==1.0.2 → patsy<1.0.0 since patsy 1.x breaks on Python 3.13 due to re.Scanner capturing group restriction.
