These are plain markdown files. No install, no account, no tool required.
- Take what you need. Clone the repo, or download the folder for the kit you want.
- Put it where your team already works. Shared drive, Notion, your own repo, your AI project files. Wherever the work gets written, the structure travels with it.
- Fill in your specifics once. Your voice rules, your claims rules, your escalation thresholds. Then the kit runs on your standard instead of a generic one.
That last step is the one people skip. A template with nobody's standard in it is just a nicer blank page.
A kit improves one process. It cannot tell you which processes are costing you the most.
If your team can complete the work only after asking you for the answers, you have not removed the bottleneck. You have documented it.

This repo does not take pull requests. Each kit carries a specific point of view, and I would rather hear where it fails than merge a change into it.
