What: buildings_saved = int(effective_ha · density) with density 1.0 for departments 06, 13, 83 and 0.3 elsewhere. The comment says "rough: ~0.5 to 1.5" with no source, and the value applies to all burnt land including forest interior.

Ask: Derive from BD TOPO / wildland urban interface statistics per department, or drop the output.
