Pins the bundled model to 0.4.0 — the pyro-dataset v4.3.0 retrain (#75), published to HuggingFace as pyronear/temporal-model@v0.4.0.
On the fixed pyro-annotator testbed vs the previous model: false alerts -45% (51 -> 28), F1 0.60 -> 0.74, one fewer missed smoke (3 -> 2). Also cross-checked on pyro-dataset's locked
sequential_testsplit (380 seq): precision 0.967 -> 0.973, recall 0.937 -> 0.953, F1 0.952 -> 0.963, same TTD.Next step after merge: tag v0.3.3 to build and publish the Docker image bundling this model.
