Adds support for renaming and deleting ai conversations either from the project's AI page or the sidebar.

1. Adds pencil & trash icons to the full page listing.

2. Rename is in place with support for referencing measures/dimensions/metrics views similar to prompt chat using @.
3. Adds a dropdown menu beside the title in sidebar. The actions are crowded with icons already so this feels like a better option.

4. Rename is in place here as well with @ support.
