Describe the bug
I've tried this program with one of my obj files - all output is successful, but the file itself is 0x00 all over

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Convert obj
2. Check file with hex editor

Expected behavior
A file with height data

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Most likely is due to inappropriate command line arguments. Share a failing OBJ file somewhere and the command line used. Someone got similar problem before and while this small utility has certain flaws, with proper scale adjustment, it was working well after that.

Turns out my object is incorrectly rotated in obj2hmap - Y results in a view from the bottom - my object is flat on the bottom.
I tried rotating it in blender and changing the forward axis / up axis, but i just can't figure out how to view from the top Y

this example is fully reversed - but you can only move the blender with points in the Z axis
(parameters are set for 2049x2049 bitmap resolution and 16 bits of gray image - corresponding point height from 0 to 255 meters)
