Closes #133.
The storyline reader edited a section only from a double-click on its title, while the body carried the tooltip "Double-click to edit" and the spec named the text. The body now takes the gesture too; a double-click on a link or a control inside the text keeps its own meaning.
Word selection by double-click in the reader body gives way to this; text is selected by dragging.
Tests cover the rule and the binding. Not tried in the running app. Full suite: 1511 tests.
