Cut final release and mark deprecated on PyPI

Blocked on unlanded upstream dependency — not cutting the final release yet

This issue explicitly gates on "the robots compat-shim issue (robots#1144 child) landing first." I verified the dependency chain and it has not landed, so cutting a "final release whose entry-point no longer shadows the robots builtin" would be premature and unsafe.

There is currently no builtin isaac backend upstream for this repo's entry-point to shadow-or-not-shadow. Removing/repointing our [project.entry-points."strands_robots.backends"] isaac = ... now (pyproject.toml:129-130) would leave create_simulation("isaac") unresolvable for everyone until the upstream builtin lands — a strict regression, not a clean deprecation.

Sibling children of the epic (#167) that logically sequence before this one are also not done

The epic orders the children: DeprecationWarning → README notice → Final release + PyPI deprecation (this) → Archive.

• #168 — DeprecationWarning on import: not implemented. strands_robots_sim/__init__.py has no warnings.warn(..., DeprecationWarning) at module import (only the legacy per-symbol ImportError messages).
• #169 — README deprecation notice + migration guide: absent (no "deprecated/archived/moved to" notice in README.md).

A "final release" that predates the DeprecationWarning (#168) and README notice (#169) would ship users a final wheel with no in-band deprecation signal — defeating the purpose.

Unblock criteria (what needs to happen before this issue is actionable)

1. robots#1146 merged — isaac is a builtin backend on strands-labs/robots main, in a released strands-robots version.
2. robots#1151 (closing robots#1150) merged — the builtin provably wins over a stale robots-sim plugin, with the regression test green.
3. Sibling #168 (DeprecationWarning) and #169 (README notice) landed on robots-sim main.
4. Then here: drop/neutralize the strands_robots.backends → isaac entry-point in pyproject.toml, tag the final v0.x.0, cut the GitHub Release (CI auto-publishes via .github/workflows/pypi-publish-on-release.yml), and yank + add the PyPI deprecation notice.

No robots-sim PR was opened for this issue because the change it calls for cannot be made safely until the above land. Happy to pick it up the moment robots#1146 + robots#1151 merge.
