Reviewed against canonical sbv3 merge 7cdfff6e3edda8dfd5aafffd84ef757f2a0e612c. The mirror contains the two intended Rust SDKs, matching versions and protobuf floors, the Pyth schema fields in the mirrored proto, release notes, and no monorepo-only protobuf paths or runtime Docker changes.
