Capture the approved design for hardening IBC script generation: shared predict/observe/diff authenticity model, thin CLI + lib layout, golden fixtures, and a 4-chain line Docker harness with tokenfactory.
Track A (lib/golden) and Track B (harness) ownership split with shared context for orchestrated parallel implementation.
Implement ignored Docker integration test for line topology A—B—C—D, tokenfactory matrix, hop-by-hop scenarios 1–6 with predict==trace==balance assertions, harness docs, and honest tests/README multichain section.
Track A: pure scripts::ibc predict/observe/diff library under tests/src/ibc/, ibc_core re-exports for back-compat, hop_count honesty + prefer-direct invariants, golden fixtures and offline unit/golden tests.
Critic pass over plan + dual-agent prompts and shipped A/B work: generator/lib divergence, closed-loop goldens, unproven harness.
Wire ibc binary to scripts::ibc with generate|validate|compare, fail-closed invariants, and generation meta. Harden graph (transfer-only, path nest), prefer-direct on any ACTIVE edge, preferred-port/side policy, audited vs synthetic goldens, non-inverting FixtureBackend + SnapshotBackend, and PredictedWorld checks in the multihop harness.
Post-remediation critic pass: top-5 all partial; half-publish generate, unattested harness, and community-pin goldens remain open.
Rebuild prefer-direct single-hop denoms from public/ibc-data and document contrast with stale multi-hop lookup table (live generate blocked on gRPC).
Package rename scripts → terp-scripts, IBC agent CLI (terp-ibc) with preflight/validate/rebuild-from-public and RunReport JSON. Tiered CI (ci-core/extended/heavy), local act/host exercise scripts with teardown, authenticity lib + goldens, smart-account/hash-market/crosslink progress, and workspace version 0.0.2. Branch: v0.0.2-dev
Pointer for ecosystem unify: cw-private-dex product surface moves under contracts/revenue (from headstash workspace). See spectrum UNIFY plan. Local checkpoint only; not pushed.

Move product SSOT from docs/plans/spectrum into terp-rs:

Add DUAL-IDENTITY checks in dep verify for cosmwasm-stack crates, document freeze/matrix drift on groot-as-basis workflow, and set clone-cw-multi-test package to abstract-cw-multi-test so switches emit valid patches.

Sort GET /vote-extension provider pick and merkle leaves; sort oracle bound sources. Aggregate attestation root matches the keeper (hex-decode value, source_id then value/height). Sidecar emits attestations on the JSON field terpd unmarshals so opposite present-order is a real VE input.
Brings the committed v0.0.2-dev snapshot onto the zk-wasmvm line. Local uncommitted WIP on v0.0.2-dev is not part of this merge.
