Switched from Poetry to uv to improve install speed and support for hashed dependencies. - Replaced `poetry install` with `uv venv`, `uv pip compile`, and `uv pip install` - Introduced `requirements.txt` with hashes for reproducible builds - Simplified dependency layer and maintained multi-stage build structure
