Implement IncubationProgramV1 for EBEF's Conviron GEN2000 reach-in plant growth chamber. Keep this separate from GEN1000 because the chamber geometry, growth area, tiers, environmental envelope, and installed options differ.

Acceptance criteria:

• Confirm the installed EBEF GEN2000 variant, tiers, lighting/spectra, 4–50 °C envelope or actual configured range, humidity, additive CO2, airflow kit, alarms, controller, and remote/data interfaces.
• Model exact growth area, height, tiers, load, container/plant capacity, and installed environmental options in SBOLInventory.
• Support staged temperature, humidity, CO2, illumination intensity/spectrum, photoperiod, and duration programs.
• Validate plant/container geometry and occupancy before allocation and preserve multi-week reservations.
• Lower through a truthful reviewed controller/vendor-session format unless a supported programmable interface is verified.
• Record environmental traces, deviations, alarms, door events, and completion evidence.
