DESCRIPTION's Title and Description now say what the package does, in the form CRAN asks for.

• Title: Nested Cross-Validation for 'tidymodels'.
• Description: nested cross-validation as an estimate of a tuning procedure, the searches it supports, the separate final fit, parallel outer folds, and the constructor's row-index storage. Package names are in single quotes, and Varma and Simon (2006) is cited by DOI. The old sentence saying the constructor's size does not grow with the outer folds is gone, because the memory test shows it grows (about 0.18 data copies per fold, against rsample's 1.15).
• tests/testthat/test-description.R fails when a package named in Depends, Imports or Suggests appears unquoted in either field. It reads the installed DESCRIPTION under R CMD check.

devtools::check(remote = TRUE, manual = FALSE): 0 errors, 0 warnings, and the incoming-feasibility NOTE only (new submission, development version number).
