…p to v0.2.0 Add public re-exports for ConversionError, INFO_HASH_BYTES_LEN, and the fixture module in lib.rs. Remove the now-unnecessary #[expect(dead_code)] lint suppression from fixture::gen_seeded_infohash since the module is now publicly accessible. Bump version to 0.2.0 per SemVer.
