Raise UltraModern.js browser defaults to the 2026 baseline so new applications stop carrying transforms and CSS prefixes for browsers released years ago.

Special things to note

• Explicit application browser targets still win, and the Node target stays unchanged.
• The refreshed browser database recognizes Safari 27; generated workspaces now inherit the same CSS browser policy as the builder.
