Mandatory ext-memcached and ext-opentelemetry

Thanks for your work!
Just having a small issue on my side since several versions.
I can't upgrade the package since one of your dep require two php extensions:

    - Root composer.json requires utopia-php/domains ^1.0 -> satisfiable by utopia-php/domains[1.0.0].
    - utopia-php/cache 1.0.0 requires ext-memcached * -> it is missing from your system. Install or enable PHP's memcached extension.

 Root composer.json requires utopia-php/domains ^1.0 -> satisfiable by utopia-php/domains[1.0.0, ..., 1.0.5].
    - utopia-php/cache 1.0.0 requires utopia-php/telemetry * -> satisfiable by utopia-php/telemetry[dev-opentelemetry-logger, dev-main, dev-testing, dev-tracing, 0.1.0, 0.1.1, 0.2.0, 9999999-dev].

I think they should be optional. Not all servers have these extensions installed.
