Problem to solve
Currently the MD3 tabs do not follow the MD3 specification.
In Vuetify MD3, the tab buttons are rounded, but the slider under the active tab gets cropped by the rounded effect. In MD3 the slider should have rounded top corners.
In addition, Vuetify does not support the MD3 primary/secondary tabs.
