[Bug Report][4.2.1] Menu flashing with openOnFocus and closeOnInputClick when using menu open button

Environment

Vuetify Version: 4.2.1
Vue Version: 3.5.42
OS: Windows 10 (current)

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the menu open icon using the mouse while the component is not focused

Expected Behavior

When clicking the menu open button on the right side of the component (e.g. VAutocomplete) while the component is not in focus, the menu should open normally.

Actual Behavior

When clicking the menu open button while the component is not focused the menu opens and immediately closes again (flashes shortly).

It looks like both component properties interfere here. However it should be possible to use both together.

onMousedownMenuIcon toggles the menu, then the event bubbles to the parent, where onMousedownControl toggles it again because of close-on-input-click, causing the menu to flash.
