Currently ApiFrameworkOptions.AutoTidyUrls can be used to configure how api urls are tidied. This is a global option, it would be better to have this as an endpoint level option.
The problem for quickly implementing is that ApiActionConvention is the place which decided if URL is tidied or not. If we have the same api in multiple endpoints and then one endpoint option tidies the url and one doesn't the one which comes later always overrides the first. This is because the ActionModel is same for both of these endpoints.
