Revert accidental arkworks 0.6 manifest update on v1

Reverts #277. That release preparation was based on the current v1 tip instead of the exact source of published provekit-whir 0.1.1, so it bundled unrelated post-release protocol changes. No provekit-whir 0.2.0 crate was published. A corrected maintenance release will be prepared from commit 4469b8e8a024c42f5e8cf1167921995ec6a2178e.
