fix(docs): redirect legacy unversioned docs URLs to real pages (canary) - #215

/docs/functions, /docs/configuration, /docs/context and /docs/conventions/* were published before the 2.0 folder existed and went to zanreal.com/docs/oss/nemo/<page>, a 404. They now land on the matching /latest page, and any other /docs path goes to the docs root instead of an appended path that does not exist. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
