Transfer Thread MyBB plugin

This plugin for MyBB adds a new moderation option "Transfer thread". This allows moderators to change who is the owner of a thread (and its first post).

1. Copy the contents of the Upload directory into the root of your MyBB installation.
2. Install & Activate the plugin
